Le Plateau des Poètes

"Le Plateau des Poètes" in Béziers is five hectares of public garden designed in the latter half of the XCX century by two Swiss brothers. It is a delightful place with many exotic and rare trees and shrubs. You will also find here a very interesting collection of statues by different local craftsmen. This relaxing parkland is just at the lower end of "Les Allées Paul Riquet" and leads down to the train station and the "Faubourg". It is an absolute 'must' for any visitor to the town
