Following on from the "Lautrec" Garlic photo yesterday
I found that I large amount left over of my bunch of Tarragon - can't waste it !!!
But what to do with it ? I suppose that we have all heard of Tarragon Vinegar, but had no suitable vinegar in the in the pantry - but there is half a litre of the Arachide Oil left over.
Maybe a wonderful contribution to the coming "Summer Salads" together with a little of the Garlic
