Liberation Day
Yesterday was Celebrated In Europe as "Victory in Europe" Day - the end of the Second World War. Here down in Béziers it is commmemorated with an Official Parade at the War Memorial
But today is the Day when the Channel Islands were Liberated from Nazi Occupation - a very special day in the Channel Islands a great celebration going on all day - A religious Service, Parade - then music, dancing, eating and great merriment all round !!
A real Celebration !!!!!!!!
