The reality!
This is the reason why such extreme measures have been put in place :
* VANDALISM *
Persons, probably kids with nothing better to do, climb over the fence at night and break the windows on the recent extension to the Conservatoire of Béziers.
Perhaps less glass would have been more in keeping with the original building and less of a target to vandals.
