The "Collegiate Church of Saint Vincent"
On a hill dominating the surrounding countryside - set up by the "Dominican Monks" after the "Cathar Crusade" of the 13th Century.
They were the forerunners of what came to be known as the "Inquisition" - variations of which are still in use by some modern civilised countries !
