La Couvertoirade .......
Is a walled village, founded by the Knights Templars in the 12th century. Hidden away in the barren lands of the Larzac. ...... is a "Walled" Village in the centre of the Larzac Plain, between Béziers and Milhau. It's towers and ramparts are almost intact.
