La Couvertoirade .......
...... is a "Walled" Village in the centre of the Larzac Plain, between Béziers and Milhau.
It's towers and ramparts are almost intact and original. Founded by the Knights Templars in the 12th century, the Templars order was suppressed in the 14th century ........
