On the 22nd of August each year - Béziers celebrates its 'Liberation' at the end of the 2nd World War. It is also the night for the traditional Dinner for the residents of the Faubourg - late afternoon, the park is being prepared - tables laid out and the Firework display being prepared on the medieval bridge
