Spring has Sprung
The Committee of my Quartier in Béziers - St Jacques - recently held aSpring event - come along and create a "Spring Recipe" - so we all had a go !!!
Marlene preffered these these leaves of Chicory filled with a Beetroot salad, white Asparagus and a little roll of Collioure Anchovies.
