"Lautrec" Garlic

Some say "The best Garlic in the World"

Bought a large "Tresse" (bunch) - so some neads to be preserved !

Have done it in Arachide Oil (do not use Olive) together with some small hot Chillies from a pot on my terrace, Tarragon Leaves, Mustard Seeds and a little Cracked Pepper
