French Haggis Myth
Spice Ingredients - it must be noted that as this was an experiment, I did not note any quantities , sorry !
It is not normally realised, but the traditional Haggis has quite a lot of spice in it ! So to start I ground up a selection of spices available to me down here in the South of France.
Black Peppercorns, Baies rose de Bourbon (pink peppercorns), Some Cumin, Garlic, Onion, Flat French Parsley and one or two others that I forget !
