"Birthday Boy"
Yesterday (Sunday) was a Birthday with a big "O" of a friend that I have known since I moved into this part of France, more than 25 years ago - Pierre
..... and my contribution to the Buffet - one of my specialities - Hot Smoked Salmon, together with some Razorfish.
Together with three Salads - Thai Style Shrimps, a Japanese Green Salade and a Pasta one from Italy with a French influence (Pastis) - good to introduce "World Cooking" when preparing for French Friends !!!!
