Carcassonne - the "Bastide St-Louis"
If you head down into te "new town" - known as the "Bastide St-Louis" you will find this square - good eating here !
If I visit Carcassonne - the "Brazzerie" that I like to eat in is in this Place - "Chez Felix" - it is where the locals go to eat and meet friends.
Run by the the same family for close on 50 years ! One might find "Grandad" behind the bar.
If you can, try and find yourself a small corner in the Bar to eat. Then you will get a lttle taste of old fashioned France.
