The Village of Minerve

Entering Minerve by the original route, past the tower, which is the remaining part of the Château which guarded the only entrance to the village in 1210 - the time of the Cathar siege.

Looking back up the road, one can see the the gorge of the River Brian on one side - on the other side is a long drop down to the River Cesse.
