Béziers to Millau by Train

Then, just a short walk down to the River Tarn to have a look at the mountains surrounding Millau.

One of the main centres in France for Paragliding.

The cliffs at the Corniches du Larzac are home to three outstanding take-off sites: Pouncho d’Agast, Puech d’Andan and Brunas. Here you can enjoy all the types of flying, from thermal flying, which involves riding rising thermal air currents, to soaring, which makes use of the wind where it meets an area of higher ground. You can even have a go at stunt flying.

Because of the climate and shape of the terrain here, Millau enjoys exceptional air-current conditions, making it to paragliding and hang-gliding what Biarritz is to surfing: a major centre that is extremely popular with the paragliding community.
