Fête de Saint-Jacques - Béziers
This year a little quieter than usual !
.... and as an alternative there was this super other Valencian dish - "Fideuà" - a one-pot wonder similar to Paella, but made with noodles, instead of rice and a predominance of lemon in the spices.
