Agde - on the Estuary of the River Hérault

The Town of Agde, founded by Ancient Greek sailors in 525 B.C. - one of the oldest towns in France. Second after Béziers (575 B.C.).

The Cathedral of St. Stephen - a rather forbiddig fortified church, built from the local Black Basalt stone.
