....... at the local "Café Associatif" next to my house in Béziers. What is Occitan Music ? Music from Occitanie - the country bordering the Mediterranean of what is now France. Absorbed into the northern Kingom of France at the times of the "Cathar Crusade, which started in 1209 with the "sack" of Béziers. .......

This was my contribution for the evening. A traditiona recepi from Jersey, another region with an older language than French !
It is called "des pais au fou" - this is my unusual vegetarian version made in a modern version of the original "Croc".
