The Covid 19 virus - Béziers "Lockdown"
Thursday morning - the streets of Béziers are now virtually empty. Just a few people out doing essential shopping and dog walking. To be able to do this, one must fill in an official form giving your address - and stating the reason why you are out.
But despite the ban on Bars, Restaurants & non-essential shops being open - this one appears to be ignoring the safety of everyone !
