Liberation
Yesterday was the Anniversarry of VE Day - the end of the 2nd. World War in Europe.
But the "British" Channel Islands were not liberated till the day after - the 9th. of May, 1945
The "Legasy" of the "Occupation" - one of the many fortifications in the Islands, which formed about one third of The Atlantic Wall.
