The Minervois Hills.....
....... I am going back in time to visit the Canyon et L'eglise de St-Jean de Dieuvaille, situated in the hills North West of Béziers.
The track starts by going past a field of vines, which make the the Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois - the best sweet aperitif of the South of France.
