The Village of Saint Guilhem le Désert, nestling in it's tributary of the River Herault - on into the Cloisters, only about half, as a large part of the original was acquired by George Grey Barnard (1863 - 1938), an American sculptor just before the 1st World War and now form part of the famous Cloisters of New York
