Canal de la Robine

Approaching the lock in the town centre one can look back at the old Roman bridge which carried the "Via Domitia" on its way from Italy to Hispania. The bridge has shops built alongside both sides so pedestrians are unaware of the Roman built Canal de la Robine beneath their feet
