The "Most Wonderful Night of the Year" in Béziers

On the 22nd of August each year - Béziers celebrates its 'Liberation' at the end of the 2nd World War. It is also the night for the traditional Dinner for the residents of the Faubourg - early evening - people start to gather for "Aperitifs"
