Faubourg festival & Liberation of Béziers

On the 22nd of August each year - Béziers celebrates its 'Liberation' at the end of the 2nd World War. It is also the night for the traditional Dinner for the residents of the Faubourg - the "Starters" ready layed out - bit like the "Yellow Brick Road" - the "Salmon Pink Platters !!!!!!!!!!
