Faubourg festival & Liberation of Béziers

On the 22nd of August each year - Béziers celebrates its 'Liberation' at the end of the 2nd World War. It is also the night for the traditional Dinner for the residents of the Faubourg - the "Starter" fresh Salmon & Crevettes - looks good ! ........tomorrow - the "Son et Lumière' photos
