The Fresh Produce of France

This is a good reason for coming down to the South of France !!!!! Wonderful fresh produce from the Markets. Cheeses, paté and fresh fruit - not forgetting the local "Blanquette de Limoux", the ORIGINAL "Sparkling Wine" since 1531 ("the devil's wine" - le vin du diabl), - "Champagne" was develpoped over a century later by Dom Perignan, after he learnt the technique in Limoux !!!!
