Whilst on the " The Moral Highground "

Today (Sunday 21st March 2010) is the day when the French go to the polls to vote in the regional elections, or more precisely don't! Last weekend (Sunday 14th March 2010) saw an apathy of truly disgraceful proportions with less than half the population bothering to turn out or arrange a proxy vote. Oh, the translation : " A different world cannot be built by indifferent people ", we can only hope that today shows a better result
