La Fête de Saint-Aphrodise

This is the week that the annual "Fête de Saint-Aphrodise" takes place in Béziers. Saint-Aphrodise is the Patron Saint, who arrived from Egypt riding on a Camel - the "Camel" of Béziers - with the traditional "Coques de St Aphrodise" -a sweet Brioche bun, flavoured with orange (my local baker in the Place St Cyr won the Silver Award this year)
