ALBI - Le Vieux Forge - La Forgeronnette

"The Forgeronnette" - Martine Moulet is one of the rare Frenchwomen to be a "craftsman-blacksmith". For 25 years she works with happiness in her forging mill installed in an old private mansion of Albi. She has recreated much of the ironwork in the Cathedral Holy-Cecile, just "a stone's throw" from the workshop. With the passing of time, it has become a place that should not be missed in the city: which looks after the "bobos"(?) monument, pride of all the Albigensians.
