Béziers 'Feria' 2012
The time of the year has come round again to start preparing the Béziers Feria 2012 - the restaurants and bars are being constructed - this space between the kitchen tents will be filled with tables. People enjoying "Paella" or "Daube de Toro" and other traditional dishes of the Mediterranean area - but I am afraid there's not much hope for vegetarians - but do remember - this is France !!!!!!!
