Béziers 'Feria' 2012
The Béziers "Feria" 2012 - there is 'Paëlla' being cooked everywhere ! The Agriculture ministry (du gouvernement autonome de la Communitat de Valencia) has officially declared that the paella de Valence is protected by a “Denominación de Origen”, the equivelent of the French A.O.C. (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée). In reality it was a poor person's meal that used any and everything in the house mixed with rice and saffron, the combinations are endless, the sources of "true Paëlla" also, see the next few photos and make your mind up which you prefer
