Christmas in Béziers
Christmas in Béziers - Merry Christmas - Joyeux Noel - Feliz Navidad - and a traditional 'English 'ChristmasCake'- made for my French neighbours for the Anual Dinner of My 'Committee du Quartier'. It does have a touch of the South though ! Decorations, 'Callisons' from Aix en Provence - the marzipan is made wih local almonds and the fruit inside has a touch of the Mediterranean, figs, dates and Pruneau d'Agen
