Roman Amphora
After the "mère Poulard" omlette, it might be nice to have a little Languedoc Rosé Wine ........
........ from my Roman Amphora !
This was made about 20 years ago at "Amphoralis" - the site of an ancient Roman Pottery. During the excavations of the site, one of the old ovens was found and fired up again to create about one hundred of these minature versions.
